Job Summary
We are seeking a strong, confident leader to oversee daily operations, driven team performance, and endure every client experience meets blowology standards.   As the Salon Floor leader, you will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting our company This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for increasing daily revenue, enforcing accountability, and coaching  the team in real time responsible to reaching business monthly goals.
Fixed base pay $3,000 monthly plus 35% commission plus performance bonus Total potential $4,000-$5,500 monthly

Responsibilities 
  • Oversee the daily operations of the salon
  • Hire, train, and supervise beauticians
  • Create employee schedules
  • Order products and maintain inventory
  • Schedule regular maintenance of equipment and ensure peak operating conditions

  • Set daily sales targets 

Qualifications (NON NEGOTIABLE)
  • 5 years as a hairstylist 
  • 3 -5 years in a leadership or senior role 
  • Managed or Mentored other stylist 
  • Experience in a fast or slow paced salon 
  • Proven Sales Performance
  • daily sales consistently 
  • strong upselling ability
  • Must target sales
  • Run daily huddles 
  • strong consultation skills 
Compensation: $3,000.00 per month
