About the Role:
Blowology Dry Bar in San Francisco, CA is looking for a passionate and driven Salon Floor Team Leader to join our vibrant team! This is your chance to lead a talented crew of stylists in a fun, fast-paced blowout-focused environment where great hair and great vibes are always on the menu. Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the salon floor team during daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to stylists and front desk staff
- Monitor floor performance, manage scheduling flow, and optimize team productivity
- Deliver professional blowout services and uphold Blowology's signature style standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues with professionalism and care
- Assist management with onboarding, training, and development of new team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked salon floor at all times
Requirements:
- Valid California Cosmetology License required
- 2+ years of experience in a salon or blowout bar environment
- Prior team lead, supervisory, or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong blowout and styling technique skills across all hair types
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering five-star service
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced salon setting

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
